The material is forced to fall, the density of the bed increases, and the stress intensity rises. The particles gradually change from point contact to surface contact, and some particles are broken along the cleavage surface. This kind of crushing is the same as that of a roller crusher.
The second is the crushing stage of the material bed.
When the crushed material bed continues to move to the small gap between the two rollers, the degree of compaction is further increased. The stress intensity increases sharply, and the fine particles will rearrange under the action of high pressure, occupying the voids between the particles, causing the voids between the particles to tend to zero. Under the action of high stress, the material bed begins to carry out stress transmission. There is a strong interaction between the particles. When the stress rises to the limit value of material damage, a large number of particles will produce a very high probability of crushing behavior or cracks.
The last stage is the cake setting stage.
As the rate of particle crushing increases, the fine particles that have been crushed will inevitably see the needles, move to the gaps and rearrange their positions under the action of high stress, and individual larger particles are tightly surrounded by fine particles; where the gap between the two rollers is very small. , The density of the material bed is high. As a result, the "clumping" of the size of the person has occurred. A continuous "cake" is formed and discharged from the crushing cavity. The unloaded biscuits become powder after being broken up. It can even be crushed by hand.
The crusher has reliable work, simple maintenance, low operating cost, and adjustable discharge granularity. According to the number of rollers, it can be divided into two-roll crusher and four-roll crusher, which can be used for crushing and finely crushing various ores and rocks below medium hardness in industrial sectors such as mineral processing, chemical, cement, building materials and so on.
