BTMA--How does the crusher get installed and debugged

Before the crusher can be installed, it must be fully debugged. This will ensure that the equipment is operating properly.

Installation:

1. All fasteners must be secured during installation and during the test run of the unit with vibratory operation by the electric crusher pump. They should also be regularly inspected during production and operation and should be fastened whenever necessary.

2. Pay attention to the direction in which counter-breaking rotation is made during installation (the pulley will indicate the direction of the arrow). This direction cannot be reversed.

3. The motor should be fitted with a cover to protect the transmission belt, according to the installation conditions.

4. You should adjust the gap between the counterattack plates and the blowbar according to your work requirements. To verify that there are no impacts, turn the rotor several more times. To prevent vibration from causing the nut to loosen and fall, it is important that the sleeve nuts are securely fastened after adjustment. This will prevent the nut slipping and colliding with hammer, resulting in an accident.

Debugging

1. Before leaving the factory, the rotor passed the balance test. The balance test is not necessary again. The balance configuration must be checked when replacing the hammer head or rotor components.

2. Installing the main engine must be balanced. The main shaft's level error should not exceed 1 mm/m. Main and driven wheels should be on the same plane. Fix the motor by tightening the belt.

3. Verify that each component has been properly installed.

4. Verify the wiring and fastening, adjust the overload protector and time delay relay, connect the circuit and test the motor rotation. Finally, select the appropriate fuse.

5. Verify that the hydraulic system is operating reliably. Also, check for leakage.

6. Move any foreign objects from the crusher and inspect for friction and collision.

It is important to pay attention to the installation and debugging issues that crushers should be aware of. This will ensure smooth operation and a better overall experience for the entire equipment. .

For primary and secondary types, the gap is usually 1/3 to 1/8 of the feed size. The size of the jaw crusher depends on how big rocks it can handle and how much TPH it can produce. To determine a suitable jaw crusher, please consider its maximum stone and TPH tonnage rate. The opening of the jaw crusher is described in terms of its CSS or closed side setting. OSS is the distance between the o...
